How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Firefox (Desktop)

Method 1: Clearing Firefox Cache

Step 1: Open Mozilla Firefox.
Step 2: Click on the menu icon located at the top right corner and choose Options.
Step 3: Under Advanced section, Click on Network.

Method 2: Clear Cache and Cookies.

Step 1: Open Firefox browser.
Step 2: Click on the menu icon and select Options.
Step 3: Under Privacy section, Click Clear your recent history.

Step 4: Now click the arrow icon next to Details, check the options "Cache", "Cookies" and "Active Logins".

Step 5: A new dialog box will open, from the drop-down menu labeled "Time range to clear", select "Everything".

Shortcut: Pressing Ctrl+Shift+delete keys from the keyboard will skip the above 5 steps.
Step 6: Click Clear Now to clear the selected options. 

Important: If you want to clear all the Firefox Cached stored data such as browsing and download history, offline website Data and stored login details, check all the options

Method 3: Automatically Clear Cache and Cookies when Firefox closes

If you want Firefox to Clear Cache and Cookies automatically, you need to set Firefox to automatically clear the cache, when Firefox closes.
Step 1: Click the menu icon and select Options.
Step 2: Under Privacy section, go to History, from the drop-down menu, change "Firefox will:" to "Use custom settings for history".

Step 3: Now tick the checkbox labeled: Clear History when Firefox closes. and click the Settings button next to it.
Step 4: Mark the checkbox "Cookies" and "Cache" and click OK.

Now every time you close the Firefox, it will automatically clear cache and cookies data.

Clear Cache and Cookies in Firefox [Android]

Step 1: Open Firefox app and tap on the menu icon (3 dots) at the top right corner and click on Settings.
Step 2: Now look for "Clear Private Data" and tap it.
Step 3: Select the "Cache" and "Cookies & active logins" checkbox and press Clear Data. Your cache and cookies will be cleared instantly.

Note: You can choose to remove other browsing data and history by selecting the desired checkbox.
